Multi-Family Property Management

HIP’s talented team works every day to exceed the expectations of owners, tenants and guests. We achieve high occupancy and resident retention rates even during difficult economic times by focusing on tenant relationships, outstanding service, prompt attention to maintenance requests and fostering a strong sense of community.

During summer months, our summer concert series draws musical lovers to the Spectrum’s outdoor venue, Performers Park. Featuring a 32-jet splash pad, artificial turf and free wi-fi, this is a favorite local gathering place.

In collaboration with Barking Mad, HIP also hosts “Meet the Candidate” events during election seasons as well as events for nonprofits aimed at increasing community awareness of issues and solutions.

Spectrum Apartments

We have a gleaming open kitchen that features a hot-wood burning oven where diners can watch the magic happen. At Barking Mad, we believe in serving our guests the freshest, most flavorful ingredients that are healthy, sustainable, and delicious with every bite. Our rotating seasonal menu keeps our scratch kitchen inspired and our professional wait staff excited about sharing the new flavors of each dish.
